My Vision
Three generations of the Cameron Family live in the Flathead Valley. My wife and I moved to Kalispell with our three wonderful children in 2020 and have been married for thirteen years. All three of my children attend Hedges Elementary School. My niece - whom I am the guardian of - attends Stillwater Christian School as a junior.

- Teachers play an instrumental role in student learning and development. School Board Trustees shall endeavor tirelessly to hold administrators to account for the support, recruitment and retention of great teachers.
- Schools are funded by taxpayers. School District 5 and the Board of Education have a solemn duty to maintain fiscal solvency and most effectively deploy resources.
- Athletics and the arts are important complements to intellectual pursuits.
- When considering educational policy, Trustees must ask themselves, "would my grandparents and future grandchildren also approve of this policy?"
- Whether a family chooses home schooling, parochial, secular private, or public schools, the trustees for SD5 School Board should focus on how to best support all of the children in the district. The more that families choose to attend public schools, the better the public schools become.

We are a nation of immigrants - including Native Americans who came to America millennia ago - and our diverse backgrounds are unified by fundamental American values, enshrined by the U.S. Constitution. To sustain a thriving nation, our schools shall endeavor to teach American civics, Western civilization, logic, STEM fields, languages and the arts.
